Family, friends and a handful of volunteers held another search party to find missing Fort Hood soldier Vanessa Guillen on Saturday morning.

They searched Miller Spring Park in Belton and Ogletree Gap Preserve in Copperas Cove, looking for clues leading to her whereabouts.

Guillen has been missing since April 22nd.

Her sister, Mayra, says that faith and support from the community has kept the family strong and hopeful to find Vanessa.

“There’s no way we can deal with this without them right now,” she said.

“She’s still with all of us and it’s only a matter of time until somebody actually confesses something or we find a way to find her ourselves. I know it’s a process with the authorities but it’s been a month already. We need to keep pushing.”

No further updates on the investigation into her disappearance have been released.
