Fort Hood: Soldier killed in weekend accident identified

Fort Hood Tuesday identified a 25-year-old soldier who died in a weekend traffic crash as Sgt. Sean McGregor Vanderwal, 25, of New Castle, Pa.
Vanderwal died of injuries from the crash on Sunday near Georgetown.
Further details weren’t released.
Vanderwal joined the Army in 2014 and had been assigned since February to the 720th Military Police Battalion, 89th Military Police Brigade.
