Fort Hood: Soldier who died on post identified

Fort Hood Tuesday identified a soldier who died on Oct. 12 on post as Spc. Angel Lisan BenitezQuinones, 32, of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

BenitezQuinones joined the Army in February and had been assigned since June to the 1st Cavalry Division’s 3rd Brigade Combat Team.

The death is under investigation by the U.S. Criminal Investigation Command, Fort Hood said.
