WACO, Texas (KWTX Authorities are looking for a Waco man whom police accuse of having sex and giving drugs to a 16-year-old girl after a grand jury indicted him on a slew of new charges.

James Christian Crain, 22, was indicted Wednesday on three counts of sexual assault of a child and two counts of possession of child pornography.

Crain was already facing a charge of trafficking of persons.

McLennan County Sheriff's Office investigator Joseph Scaramucci arrested Crain on Jan. 16 at a McGregor convenience store.

Crain posted a $50,000 bond the next day, Scaramucci said.

At the time Crain bonded out of jail, he was only facing the trafficking charge.

The 16-year-old girl was taken to numerous locations around McLennan County and given drugs and alcohol, authorities say.

She was also recorded having sex, authorities said.

Scaramucci said authorities were alerted to the situation after the girl reached out to a school counselor.
