SAN ANTONIO, Texas (KWTX) H-E-B Friday issued a precautionary recall for Cranberry Turkey Salad products with sell by dates of March 19 or earlier because of the potential they’re mislabeled with an undeclared pecan allergen.

A customer notified a store about the issue.

“People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to pecans run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product,” the chain said in a press release.

The San Antonio-based company is recalling its H-E-B Cranberry Turkey Salad, H-E-B Cranberry Turkey Salad Sandwich, H-E-B Cranberry Turkey Salad Snack Tray and H-E-B Cranberry Turkey Salad with Whole Wheat Crackers.

Customers who purchased the recalled products should return them to stores for a full refund.

Those with questions or concerns should call H-E-B Customer Service at 1-855-432-4438.
