KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) Delta Airlines is ending its nonstop service from Killeen-Fort Hood Regional Airport to Atlanta.

Delta said it’s ending the service on Jan. 16 because of “a sustained decline in demand.”

Delta has flown the route since 2006.

“Delta is working to find alternate accommodations for customers ticketed on Jan. 16 and beyond and will be in direct contact with these customers,” the airline said in a statement Tuesday.
