Around 3:50 a.m. Tuesday police received a report of a robbery that had happened about an hour earlier.

Officers met the victim at the Cefco Store at the corner of Rancier Avenue and W.S. Young Drive.

The victim told police he was outside of an apartment building north of Rancier near College Street with friends, when a man and woman approached him at gunpoint and demanded he drive them around in his car.

The victim told police he stopped at a stoplight near 10th Street and Rancier, got out of the car and ran.

He said the man and woman then drove off in his gray Chrysler 300.

The victim wasn’t injured.

Police said the victim said he did not know the suspects.
