A local couple and their children, whose impeccably-timed visit to Waco’s Dr Pepper Museum & Free Enterprise Institute won them a year’s supply of Dr Pepper have received their prize.
Ricardo and Kathryn Robles of Fort Hood, and their three sons Joshua Hewitt, Samuel Hewitt and Seth Hewitt, visited the museum earlier this month and at exactly 1:57 p.m. on May 11, Kathryn Robles became the museum’s 2 millionth visitor.
The visit corresponded with the museum’s 28th anniversary.
The museum opened its doors to the public on May 11, 1991 and welcomed its millionth visitor in August 2007.
Keurig Dr Pepper of Waco provided the cases of Dr Pepper with pure cane sugar, which were delivered on Thursday to the family’s home.
