Local man charged after bogus website created offering sex for money
Bond was set at $100,000 for a Temple man charged after a local woman reported that someone had created a website in her name offering sex for money.
Aaron Culp, 30, was arrested Sunday night.
He’s charged with online impersonation.
The arrest stems from an investigation that started after the woman reported on March 19 that someone had “made a website of her advertising that she wanted to receive money for sex,” police said Monday.
“The victim advised that she did not create the website and did not give anyone permission to create the page,” police said.
An arrest warrant was issued on Nov. 27.
