KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) Bond is set at $20,000 for a Killeen man accused of sending explicit photographs of an ex-girlfriend to the pastor of the woman’s church who was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging publication of intimate visual material.

Ralph Rivera Majica, 64, was booked into the Bell County Jail Tuesday afternoon.

He was arrested following an investigation that started on April 1 after the woman reported that her ex-boyfriend shared two nude photographs with the pastor of her church in Reno, Nev.

The pastor confirmed that he received two photographs of the woman on Facebook on Feb. 24, one showing her standing nude in front of a mirror and the other showing her breasts, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.

The message accompanying the photos included a picture of Majica, whom the pastor said he had met when Majica accompanied the woman to a church service, the affidavit said.

Majica told an investigator “that he received these photographs from the complainant while they were in an intimate relationship and that he had become upset with her after the relationship ended,” the affidavit says.

He admitted sending the photos to the woman’s pastor “with the intent to cause emotional harm,” the affidavit says.

Bond had not been set Tuesday afternoon.
