Local meth distribution investigation leads to one arrest

COPPERAS COVE, Texas (KWTX) A Bell County Organized Crime Unit investigation into the distribution of large quantities of methamphetamine in Bell and Coryell counties led to one arrest and the recovery of more than 30 grams of crystal meth.

Officers from the crime unit and the Copperas Cove Police Department executed a search warrant Thursday in the 700 block of Constitution Drive in Copperas Cove.

Corinne Loera Keay was arrested at the scene.

Officers seized the crystal meth along with a firearm and cash, authorities said Friday.

Keay was held Friday in the Copperas Cove City Jail.
