WOODWAY, Texas (KWTX) Bonds total $30,000 for a teenager whom Woodway investigators arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging 10 counts of possession of child pornography after an investigation that started with a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about child porn that was shared on social media.

Nicholas Andrew Johnson, 17, remained in the McLennan County Jail Thursday.

Woodway investigators found files containing child pornography on a computer after executing a search warrant at Johnson’s home, Public Safety Director Bret Crook said in a press release.

“During an interview, Johnson admitted to investigators that he downloaded and viewed child pornography using digital devices,” Crook said.
