Multi-agency drug bust nets two arrests in Central Texas

LIMESTONE COUNTY, Texas (KWTX) A drug bust in Limestone County led to two arrests Thursday.

With the help of the Navarro County SWAT team, a K9 unit and Constable Glenn Shoemaker, Limestone County Sheriff’s deputies executed a narcotics search warrant early Thursday morning at a home on State Highway 14.

One suspect was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, a second suspect was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and failure to identify giving false/fictitious information, according LCSO officials.

“Another great job and thankful all are safe,” said Sheriff Dennis Wilson. “We will remain in the battlefield doing the best we can do protecting our citizens.”
