BOSQUE COUNTY, Texas (KWTX) A naked woman with a shaved head who was reported to be screaming at volunteer workers at a closed park at Lake Whitney, threatening to steal their possessions, and claiming to be Jesus Christ, was arrested after entering one of the volunteer’s trailers and donning the owner’s clothing, the Bosque Sheriff’s Office said in a press release Thursday.

IV Patricia Adams, 39, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and was ordered held in lieu of bonds totaling $10,000, the sheriff’s office said.

She was arrested on May 10 after three deputies and a state trooper responded to Soldier’s Bluff Park, which is closed because of flooding, after the Corps of Engineers reported that a naked woman with a shaved head was screaming at the volunteer workers.

By the time the deputies arrived, the woman had run into the unlocked travel trailer.

The officers found her in a closet in the master bedroom, wearing clothes that belonged to the trailer’s owner.

While the deputies checked the trailer, the woman identified herself to Chief Bosque County Deputy Clint Pullin as Jesus Christ, the sheriff’s office said.

Deputies contacted the Heart of Texas MHMR center in Waco and learned that the agency had been looking for the woman for three weeks.

She was taken to the Bosque County Jail, the sheriff’s office said.
