Officers who responded to an alarm at the Marlin H-E-B store arrested two men on drug charges.
Justin Tyree Isbell, 29, and Nathaniel Duncan, 46, both of Marlin, were each charged with possession of a controlled substance less than one gram, the Falls County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release Tuesday.
Isbell was free on bond Tuesday.
Duncan remains jailed, the sheriff’s office said.
Marlin officers and Falls County Sheriff Ricky Scaman responded around 5 p.m. on June 5 after the alarm sounded at the store in the 400 block of Live Oak Street.
One man was found at the customer service desk inside the store and the other was in the parking lot, the sheriff’s office said.
Scaman said both were in possession of methamphetamine and one had other drug paraphernalia.
