Paul McCartney releases concert-and-cartoon film

LONDON (AP) Imagine this: a long-lost film about Paul McCartney and Wings and the mice living under the stage.

This movie really was made, and it's finally being released.

"The Bruce McMouse Show" will be screened in theaters in major cities on Jan. 21. It combines footage of Wings from their 1972 European tour with a cartoon about a family of mice under the stage who decide McCartney could use some help.

The film was finished in 1977. It was not released because of the changes in both the music scene and in the lineup of Wings.

Details and the trailer can be found at www.PaulMcCartney.com.
