Texas mother, boy at center of Amber Alert found dead

WAXAHACHIE, Texas (KWTX) A Texas mother and boy at the center of an Amber Alert have been found dead, according to reports.

CBS DFW is reporting that Phillip Oliver “Ollie” Wiedemann, 6, and his mother Candice Harbin, 46 were found dead in inside a vehicle at a parking garage Friday evening.

Waxahachie police had asked for the public’s help earlier in the search for a missing boy who may “be in imminent danger" and an Amber Alert was issued just after 5 p.m.

Wiedemann was last seen alive at around 4 p.m. Thursday in Waxahachie.

Police believed he was with Harbin, who did not have custody of the child.

It's unclear at this time how they died.
