Police search for man who robbed local bank

A search was underway Thursday morning for a man who robbed a local bank.
The holdup was reported at around 9:20 a.m. Thursday at First National Bank Texas at 2201 Trimmier Rd. in Killeen.
The robber, who was described as a black man about 6-feet tall who was dressed entirely in black and had his face covered, handed a teller note demanding money and escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash.
No injuries were reported.
