Police search for robbery suspect

Police are searching for a suspect after they say he assaulted a Waco store clerk Tuesday evening.
The incident happened just before 9 p.m. at the Family Dollar store on South Valley Mills Drive.
Officers said a white man in his twenties or thirties took some items and then assaulted the store clerk on his way out of the store.
Police said the suspect got away on foot.
