BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse on South General Bruce Drive in Temple got an 87 on a recent inspection.
The health worker said there was food on floor and mold and mildew in the ice machine.
There was also buildup on the self-serve ice machine and coffee area.
Cici's Pizza on South Fort Hood Street in Killeen got a 94 on its inspection.
The soda spigots had mold around them.
The metal racks in the cooler, the prep table, and the cooler itself needed to be cleaned.
The vent hood also had oil residue on it.
The permit was withheld and a follow-up was scheduled.
Ras Kitchen on South W.S. Young in Killeen gets this week's Clean Plate Award.

According to the restaurant, Chef Norris Barr has been cooking for more than 20 years and serving up delicious meals to Central Texans for nearly a decade.
Barr is from the Waterhouse District of Kingston, Jamaica.
Some of the favorites are jerk chicken, oxtail, plantains, and cabbage.
