(KWTX) The Subway at 903 North Interstate 35 in Bellmead got an 86 on a recent inspection.
The health worker noted there were food particles on the cups, dirty mop water that needed to be changed, and frozen chicken and soup were thawing improperly.
There's no telling how long they were sitting out because the required time stamp wasn't there.
A re-inspection was ordered.
Mi Casita Mexican Food at 1520 Hewitt Dr. in Waco got a 94 on a recent inspection.
The inspector documented condensation dripping on the potatoes and in the walk-in cooler.
The potatoes had to be thrown out.
Then in Temple, Long John Silvers at 3210 South 31st St. got a 95.
The food inspection report said a hand-washing station needed to be installed in front area because that's where food is prepped and serviced.
The floor and baseboards must be repaired.
They were in such bad condition, they couldn't be cleaned.
