SWAT team responds to disturbance in local neighborhood

WACO, Texas (KWTX) Waco police and a SWAT team responded to an incident Saturday in the 1600 block of Live Oak Avenue in North Waco.

According to police, at 1:30 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance call at a home there.

They said two neighbors were arguing and in the process, one of the men was cut on the arm with a sharp object.

When authorities arrived on the scene the suspected was believed to have been barricaded inside a home.

A SWAT team was called out.

They established a perimeter.

Meanwhile, a man identified as the suspect, 40-year-old Antonio Weaver drove back to the home and was taken into custody.

It's unclear if he faces charges.

He was being questioned by police late Saturday.

The victim, whose identity has not been released, was treated by medical personnel.
