Traffic crash on Fort Hood causes injuries

Officials on Fort Hood have confirmed there was a traffic accident there Saturday morning.
Few details have been released but they said the crash was between a van and pickup truck.
Several were injured and went to the hospital.
There were no fatalities and no tactical military vehicles involved.
It's unclear how many people were injured or involved in the crash.
