KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) A Killeen High School student and his younger brother both were arrested after students and a teacher were threatened students in class and another student was attacked elsewhere in the building.

Josiah Nathan Arrington, 17, and his younger brother who was not named because he is a juvenile, are accused of terrorizing students in a dance class, and then turning their attention to the teacher, an affidavit says.

According to the affidavit, two boys walked into the dance class on Oct. 28, and the older of the two began verbally attacking one of the students.

When the teacher approached, the boy turned his attention to her and threatened to assault her.

The teacher backed off and a short time later the two boys left the classroom, the affidavit says.

A few minutes later, the affidavit says, the two boys attacked another student in a hallway on the other side of the school building, leaving him with a bloody nose and a split lip.

The affidavit says campus staff was working to find the two brothers a way home to tend to a family emergency when the incidents happened.
