WACO, Texas (KWTX) The McLennan County Grand Jury returned a five-count indictment Wednesday against a man accused of touching a girl younger than 10 inappropriately and showing her child pornography.

The indictment handed up against Jimmy Lloyd McCollaum charges one count of aggravated sexual assault of a child, two counts of indecency with a child by contact and two counts of indecency with a child by exposure.

Waco police and U.S. marshals arrested him in April after an investigation that started in March following a report from a girl younger than 10 who said she was touched inappropriately and shown pornography between March 2017 and March 2018, Waco police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said at the time.

He was jailed in lieu of $60,000 bond.
