Rain Sunday once again delays flying at Heart of Texas Air Show

Despite rainy conditions, the Heart of Texas Air Show stayed open throughout the day Saturday.

Continued rain on Sunday delayed flying again, but according to the air shows Facebook page a building was opened so people could seek shelter from the thunderstorms.

Flights by the F-35's and Thunderbirds were cancelled, but guests could still visit and walk through different aircraft that was available.

The show said in a Facebook post tickets from Saturday will be honored to those that attend Sunday's show.

Sunday's show is scheduled to go on as planned.
