WACO, Texas (KWTX) The rain didn't stop the Art on Elm event held in Downtown Waco at the Brazos Event Center Saturday afternoon.
The free pop-up exhibition was moved indoors but still had plenty of guests.
There was music, food, and of course plenty of art!
"It's a community function and its really a very close knit community function to have everyone come out even in the rain is really amazing," says Waco Cultural Arts festival President Doreen Ravenscroft.
Organizers say the event has a history with bad weather, last year they had art on elm in similar conditions, but are thankful for the people who still came out and supported.
