WACO, Texas (KWTX) A beauty supply store in Waco’s Central Texas Marketplace will soon close its doors for good.

Staff at the Beauty Brands store said Sunday they were notified of the closure on Wednesday.

The store associate said they were not told of an exact date the store would close, but likely in March or April.

Signs outside confirmed the closure and advertised products 20-40 percent off.

According to the Kansas City Star, the company was founded in 1995 and filed for bankruptcy in January.

The paper also said the store had recently announced the closure of other stores including five in Texas, but the Waco location was not listed at the time.
