Bond is set at $1 million for Wash, who was also injured in the shooting and was arrested after his release from the hospital.
Officers found Joeangel Ortegon, 20, dead at around 9 p.m. on Feb. 7 in the home in the 1900 block of Trice Avenue.
They also found a shooting victim outside the home and then learned of another victim who was at North 22nd and Lasker Avenue.
The two injured victims were taken by a local hospital by ambulance.
A third injured victim was taken to a hospital in a private vehicle.
Wash was shot in the chest.
Douglas James, 30, was shot in the back and Carson Elias, was shot twice in the legs.
Inside the home police found spent casings, drugs, and firearms.
Police say, it was obvious that multiple rounds had been fired during the shooting, and that they believed the shootings took place both inside and outside of the home.
“After countless hours of investigations, it was found that Wash entered the residence of 1903 Trice with the intent to commit a robbery,” Waco police Officer Garen Bynum said in a Facebook post Monday.
