Central Texas woman rescued from burning apartment

A Central Texas woman rescued from a burning apartment building Saturday suffered minor injuries.

Waco Fire Department was called out to the apartments in the 1100 block of N. 6th Street around 10:45 a.m.

When units arrived they saw the woman hanging from a second story window.

With the assistance of a ladder they were able to rescue the woman.
