Waco: Woman injured in house fire

A woman suffered minor burns Monday night after her home caught fire.

The fire was reported just after 6:30 p.m. at a home in the 4200 block of Timbercrest Lane.

When Waco firefighters arrived they found smoke and fire showing.

The woman told first responders she noticed the fire coming from the laundry room.

She was able to make it out and was treated at the scene.

There were no other reported injuries.
