Wreck across from Baylor Scott & White causes delays
Sunday evening a string of three wrecks occurred on I-35 south near Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, the last of which resulted in a car catching on fire.
Officials with Robinson Volunteer Fire Department believe that a Dodge pickup truck crashed into the back a of tractor-trailer resulting in a sedan slamming into the back of the pickup, and eventually catching on fire.
Robinson VFD, who were assisting on a separate accident spotted the fire on the way back to their station and sprung into action.
According to Robinson VFD, two passengers were in both the pickup and sedan. It is unknown at this time if anyone was injured.
All lanes are now open.
