Baylor men beat Prairie View 91-80

WACO, Texas The Baylor men's basketball team improved to 2-1 on the season Monday night with a home win over Prairie View A&M.

Baylor came out hitting from the outside thanks to King McClure and Devonte Bandoo. McClure finished with 21 points and Bandoo had 16. McClure made five of his eight shots from behind the arc in the win.

Jared Butler gave Baylor a spark off the bench in the win. Butler scored 22 points from his guard spot for Baylor. Tristan Clark added 17 points to make it four Bears scoring in double figures.

Baylor will return to action at home Friday night against Nicholls State.
