Baylor men head into the season with a young roster

WACO, Texas The Baylor men have opened their preseason basketball practices with hopes of growing up quickly this season.

The Bears have graduated three starters from last year's team. Plus they lost Jake Lindsey for the season after he had surgery in the off-season. That leaves the Bears with a lot of new faces on the court as workouts begin.

Baylor has some transfers that should see key minutes early and their experience will be a big key early in the year. There are also a lot of young guys that Scott Drew hopes can get up to speed quickly.

Drew says this is the most inexperienced team he's had at Baylor since his second season as head coach.
