WACO, Texas The Baylor men were pushed to the final minute Tuesday night in a 63-57 win over South Dakota at the Ferrell Center.
Baylor and South Dakota went back and forth all night. The Bears used a 12-0 run in the final minutes to come from behind to get the victory at home.
King McClure led Baylor with 15 points, Tristan Clark had 8 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 blocks, and Mario Kegler added 12 points and 6 rebounds in his season debut for the Bears.
With the 6-point win Baylor improves to 5-2 on the season overall and the Bears have now won two straight games.
