Baylor Volleyball Advances to Regional Round

WACO, Texas With a 3-0 sweep of USC in the second round, Baylor advanced to the regional round of the NCAA Championship for the fifth time in program history.

Big 12 Setter of the Year Hannah Lockin racked up 36 assists, while Marieke Van Der Mark tallied a team-high 13 kills.

The Bears victory sets up a match against Purdue in Waco. A date and time will be announced by the NCAA on December 8.

Baylor joins Texas as the Big 12’s representatives in the third round of the NCAA Championship. TCU also remains alive in the Round of 16 in the National Invitational Tournament.
