WACO, Texas A tough shooting night for the Baylor Bears cost them on senior night as they fell to Oklahoma State 67-64.
Baylor shot just over 35% from 2-point range and just over 30% from 3-point range Wednesday night in the loss to the Cowboys. Oklahoma State didn't shoot it any better but the Cowboys did keep Baylor from dominating on the offensive boards and it led to a road win.
Baylor was led by Makai Mason who finished with 19 points, most of those coming in the first half. Freddie Gillespie was the only other Bear in double figures with 14 points.
Oklahoma State was led by freshman guard Isaac Likekele who finished with 23 points. Almost all of his 23 came from inside a few feet as he attacked the rim all night.
The loss keeps Baylor in 4th place in the Big 12 behind the Kansas Jayhawks. The Bears visit Kansas on Saturday.
