Butler leads No. 18 Baylor to win over Maryland-Eastern Shore

WACO, Texas (KWTX) Jared Butler scored a game-high 20 points to lead the Baylor Bears to a 78-46 win over the Maryland-Eastern Shore Hawks Tuesday night.

Baylor (6-1) jumped out to a 22-3 lead in the first half, capped off by one of Butler's five 3-pointers on the night.

The Bears led 38-21 at halftime before outscoring the Hawks by 15 in the second half.

Devonte Bandoo had 14 points and eight rebounds, MaCio Teague helped out with 10 points, seven rebounds and five assists, while Matthew Mayer scored 12 points in just 16 minutes of action.

Baylor will host the No. 12 Arizona Wildcats (9-0) Saturday at 11 a.m.
