Lady Bears head to Kansas to face the Jayhawks

WACO, Texas The Baylor Lady Bears head to Kansas Wednesday to face the Jayhawks in Lawrence.

Baylor is 3-0 in Big 12 play and they can move to 4-0 with a win Wednesday night on the road. The Lady Bears would also pick up their third road win of the young Big 12 season if they beat Kansas.

Kansas is guard dominated and that's a concern for the Lady Bears' defense. Kim Mulkey says they have to stop penetration by the Kansas guards and make sure they don't get open shots. Jessica Washington is the top player for Kansas and Mulkey says her team knows she is one of the quickest guards in the league.

Baylor and Kansas play at 7pm Wednesday night.
