WACO, Texas The Baylor Lady Bears open their season Tuesday night and senior grad transfer Chloe Jackson will be a focal point at the point guard position.
Jackson transferred from LSU for her senior year after leading the Tigers in scoring as a two guard last season and performing at an All-SEC level. Now, she'll run the point for Baylor, thanks in part to the dismissal of Alexis Morris during the off-season.
Kim Mulkey said Monday that Jackson is doing a really good job of making the transition to the point guard spot. She also says Jackson's future at the next level is probably as a point guard and this move makes sense for her individually and for the Lady Bears as a team.
The Lady Bears open their season Tuesday night at home against Nicholl's State.
