WACO, Texas Former Baylor guard Makai Mason has signed a 2-year contract to begin his professional career overseas in Germany.
Mason signed Monday with ALBA Berlin of the German league. ALBA Berlin finished in 2nd place this past season.
Mason gets a 2-year contract with the German professional team. Mason came to Baylor as a graduate transfer for his senior season and had a really big year for the Bears at the point guard spot. Mason averaged 14.9 points per game, over 2 rebounds per game, and over 3 assists per game. He ran the show for the Bears all season long.
Now Mason takes his skills to the next level hoping to build a long professional career.
