STILLWATER, Oklahoma King McClure hit seven 3's on the road at Oklahoma State and scored 29 points as Baylor beat the Cowboys by 4, 73-69.
McClure caught fire from behind the arc early in the game and scored 20 first half points while hitting 6 three's. He had half of Baylor's points before the halftime break. He cooled off a bit in the second half but finished with 29 points and 7 three's in a key Big 12 win.
Jared Butler added 16 points for Baylor and Makai Mason had 13 including a key bucket late in the game. Mark Vital scored only 5 points for Baylor but grabbed 13 rebounds in the game for the Bears.
The win improves Baylor to 2-2 in Big 12 play.
