New England beats Los Angeles in Super Bowl 53

ATLANTA, Georgia The New England Patriots beat the Rams 13-3 to win Super Bowl 53 in Atlanta, their 6th Super Bowl win.

The Patriots scored 10 points in the 4th quarter to break open a 3-3 game and beat the Rams. Sony Michel scored the game's only touchdown, a short rushing TD in the 4th quarter. The Patriots then added a field goal in the final 2 minutes to seal the win.

The Rams had one drive deep into Patriots' territory in the final quarter but that drive ended when Jared Goff was picked off by Stephon Gilmore near the goal line. The Patriots then drove down the field and scored their final points of the game.

The win is the 6th for New England tying them with the Steelers for the most Super Bowl wins in NFL history. Tom Brady and Bill Belichick also claim their 6th Super Bowl titles individually setting new standards in the NFL.
