The party will be held outside the Baylor Ballpark starting at 5:30 p.m. where EPSN cameras will also be on-site taking live shots during the network’s game coverage.

The game begins at 6 p.m. Friday.

“We want to give back to our fans,” said Cody Gougler, assistant AD for the Baylor Bear Foundation.

“For those who can’t make it to Tampa we felt like it was our duty to do something for them to be able to get together, congregate and watch the game.”

Fans are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair as well as food or snacks.

“Anything they’d bring for tailgating. We just want to support our Lady Bears,” Gougler said.

The large GoVision screen will be set up in front of the ballpark in the grassy area down the first base line.

Baylor Tennis will be playing at the same time and top ranked Baylor vs University of Texas baseball will also start around 8 p.m.

The watch party space will be first come, first served.

The area can accommodate about 1,000 fans.
