Temple takes down Foster, advances to state championship

For the second time in the past three years, the Temple Wildcats will be playing for a state title.
The Wildcats used and explosive offense and some timely turnovers to knock off the undefeated Foster Falcons at Bobcat Stadium on Saturday, 31-24.
With the win, the Wildcats move on to the 5A D1 state title game, where they will meet with the 13-2 Highland Park Scots.
The Wildcats made it to the championship in 2014, but lost to Aledo. They'll have a chance to win their third title overall and 1st since 1992 next Saturday at AT&T Stadium at noon.
