$7,500 reward offered for Central Texas fugitive, gang member

AUSTIN, Texas (KWTX) The Texas Department of Public Safety is offering a $7,500 reward for information leading to the arrest of a fugitive gang member with ties to Central Texas.

The DPS announced Monday it has added Clifford Nelson Locklin Jr., 45, to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list.

Locklin, who the DPS says is affiliated with the Aryan Circle gang, is wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, theft and a parole violation.

He’s been on the run since September 2018 when he left his last known address in Bastrop, the DPS said.

“He has an extensive criminal history of burglary, drugs, theft, evading arrest and engaging in organized criminal activity,” the DPS said.

Locklin is 5-foot-10, weighs about 190 pounds and has a scar on his right hand.

He has tattoos including an iron cross on front of his neck; “Locklin” across his upper chest; the letters “AC” near the webbing of his left hand; and numerous other tattoos on his abdomen, back of head, back, both sides of his neck, both arms, both shoulders and both legs, the DPS said.
