DALLAS (KWTX) An Amber Alert for two missing Dallas children, a 7-year-old boy and 1-year-old baby, whose mother was found dead, was canceled late Monday morning.

Jorden Rodgers, 7, and Julien Rodgers, 1, who were last seen on Sunday in Dallas, were found safe Monday morning, according to Dallas media reports.

CBS 11 in Dallas reported that the two boys were found at an apartment complex following a SWAT response.

The suspect in the abduction, Johnnie Palmore, 33, shot himself.

He was taken to a hospital in critical condition and later died.

Officers found the boys' mother, Latiffiney Rodgers, 26, after responding to a request for a welfare check Sunday.

She died of homicidal violence, police said.
