CAMERON, Texas (KWTX) Robie Lee Lawhon, 27, of Rockdale, who was released on probation after serving six months in state prison following a guilty plea to a manslaughter charge in a deadly crash is back behind bars.

Lawson was sentenced to seven years in prison after he was found guilty of violating the terms of his probation.

Lawhon served 180 days in prison and then was released on shock probation on March 28, 2017 after pleading guilty to the manslaughter charge in September 2016.

The charge stems from a two-vehicle accident on March 29, 2014 that claimed the lives of Odis Wayne Brinkley and his wife Margie Brinkley and left Ina Avery seriously injured.
