BELTON, Texas (KWTX) Hope for the Hungry and ARK2Freedom are helping the public become aware of Human Trafficking.

The two co-hosted the 2nd annual Freedom Fest at Yettie Polk Park.

While enjoying live music, vendors and food people were able to learn about Human trafficking and how they can stop it.

Guest speakers and local group representatives gave presentations and encouraged those in attendance to join in the fight against Human Trafficking.

Loretta Commander is the Women's Director at ARK2Freedom.

She wants people to know they can make a difference.

"Thier voice is powerful," Commander said.

"If we all join in together doing just one little thing we can maybe bring a stop to this or save somebody's life."
