KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) Duran Jermon Carradine, 27, was in the Bell County Jail Monday charged with two counts of indecency with a child/sexual contact in connection with incidents involving two girls who were 5 and 7 at the time.

His bonds total $200,000.

An arrest warrant was issued following an investigation that started after police responded to a domestic disturbance on July 9 in the 2000 block of Tahoe Court and an officer heard the girls tell their grandfather that Carradine “was doing adult things to them,” according to an arrest affidavit released Monday.

Later, during forensic interviews on July 11 at the Children’s Advocacy Center, the younger girl, who has since turned 6, said that “Duran takes her to his room and touches her all over her body” and said he “did those things to her sister…first.”

The older girl told the interviewer that “’D’ wakes her up in the middle of the night and takes her to his room” and “further said that D takes her underwear off then his,” the affidavit says.

Both girls said they had seen his genitals, the affidavit says.

“When interviewed by police after waiving his rights, Duran Carradine, who was in the Bell County Jail on other charges, denied he had abused either child,” the affidavit says.

Carradine is also held on a possession of a controlled substance charge, according to online jail records.
